Full Accommodations include: delicious, organic seasonal meals for all 3 days, private or shared rooms, herbal medicine (teas, face masks, optional micro dose, etc.), all workshops and ceremonies- including yoga, dance, art, self love ceremonies, sister bonding ceremonies, sound healing, breathwork and meditation!
This energetic exchange helps us pay for materials, location, a chef, local & organic food, herbal products, gifts and all the thought, intention, energy that goes into preparing for and offering this experience.
Ok sisters, here is some info on the logistical stuff, including the cancellation policy.
Your reservation is confirmed once we receive your non-refundable deposit of $555. The remaining balance is due November 9th. If cancellation occurs after this date, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the monies paid will apply. We strongly encourage all retreat participants to purchase travel insurance to cover personal injury, emergency medical expenses, or other expenses related to unforeseen circumstances. A full refund may be available in specific situations (i.e. Medical emergency), and this can be discussed.
Here are some other things to note:
Guests accept responsibility to avoid possibly dangerous situations.
If missing or defective documentation prevents travel, no full refund is due.
In case of a natural disaster, I may offer suitable alternative arrangements or circumstances, or offer compensation if possible.
Sprout Love reserves the right to cancel or alter the retreat itinerary for inherent risks or other unforeseen circumstances.
