We are calling in an intimate group of women for our winter retreat- Within. Winter is the perfect time to reset and tend to your inner sanctuary. This winter retreat will guide you inward, to help you nourish your body, mind and soul. Let’s turn our focus inward and cultivate sanctuary in an intimate group of sisters.

Come to the mountains to enjoy mindful movement, meditation, womb love, body positivity, herbal tea and ceremony to deeper self compassion. Let’s do it in the safety and support of sisterhood! Nurture your roots and plant your seeds (set your intentions) for the coming cycle.

This is a safe container, where you will be held and nourished. Spend time honoring your mind, body and soul, while connecting with sisterhood.

Setting: In a gorgeous and spacious home in the mountains! We'll be surrounded by beautiful nature and wildlife!

This is a safe, inclusive, judgement free zone. We ask that women show up with an open mind and heart, and leave substances behind.. with the exception of Cannabis and mushie micro-doses.

What’s included:

• Delicious, organic seasonal meals for all 3 days. The food is fresh, organic, seasonal, local where possible and so delicious!  Vegetarian, vegan, meat, fish and gluten-free options are plentiful.

• Accommodations: private or shared rooms

• Herbal medicine (teas, face masks, optional micro dose, etc.)

• All materials for workshops, ceremonies, alter, the herbal spa, art, yoga props, etc.

• All workshops and ceremonies- including the womb ceremony, yoga, dance, art, self love ceremonies, sister bonding ceremonies, sound healing, breath-work and meditation!

Not included:

• Flight (if applicable) or any transportation to the event.

• Extras such as body work and staff gratuities

$1555 for a Private Room, All inclusive!

$1133 for a shared room (one with shared king bed) with other Sprout Sisters! All inclusive!

Full payment is due by November 9th, to secure costs involved in the retreat. If cancelling before December 8th, a 50% refund is issues. If cancelling after December 8th, no refunds will be given.
